Job Summary

The Lambton Kent District School Board is seeking a highly skilled Client Support Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our Application Services department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and training to users of our student information system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and training to users of the student information system
  • Maintain and technically support all school administrative applications
  • Investigate, identify, and resolve technical problems in the student information system software
  • Develop and maintain documentation for student information procedures
  • Collaborate with the Coordinator of Application Services to ensure seamless delivery of application services
Requirements
  • University degree or three-year Community College Diploma with an emphasis on computer studies
  • 2-3 years related experience in client support
  • Thorough knowledge of computer software and an understanding of programming languages and databases
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, written communication and programming skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, 35 hours/week, 7 hours/day position with a salary of $32.39 per hour.
