Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance and develop the Regulatory process for 1071 compliance with close co-ordinations with client stakeholders.
  • Understand the regulatory requirements applicable for 1071 and map it against the data elements of the bank.
  • Effective and efficient management of the tasks associated with the regulatory workstream.
  • Liaison with IT to incorporate regulatory data requirements in the Client Data architecture.
  • Develop a robust validation / quality assurance process through available golden sources within the bank.
  • Production of submission materials for the regulatory compliance for a large bank.
  • Perform gap analysis between the regulatory expectations and the existing practice of the bank.
  • Proactively identify the solutions for the evolving regulatory expectations.
  • Monitor & manage the regulatory project for the respective workstream and timely escalation to the key stakeholders.
  • Compute & publish regulatory schedules and perform robust validation against the golden source.
  • Partner in regulatory remediation projects.
Requirements:

Strong experience in regulatory reporting (preferably regulations such as Communities Re-investment Act (CRA), HMDA, 1071, etc.)

Expert knowledge of the Credit Risk framework (for Corporates and SME) and hands-on experience in regulatory reporting for Banks (preferably U.Good knowledge of Commercial Loan products

Excellent MS office and communication skills (Written & Oral) are mandatory.

Master's in business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, CFA, CA, Operations Research or other quantitative field
