About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our client's growth development for Mass Brands in the Canadian Market. As a critical member of the Canadian Leadership Team, you will be responsible for driving profitable Sales and Share growth across the channel, building excellent strategic customer relations, and fostering a highly engaged business team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead national and regional account teams to achieve sales and share growth targets
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and development
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in account management and leadership
- Proven track record of leading national and regional account teams
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to seize opportunities
- Experience working with Mass brands and Shoppers Drug Mart
