We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our client's growth development for Mass Brands in the Canadian Market. As a critical member of the Canadian Leadership Team, you will be responsible for driving profitable Sales and Share growth across the channel, building excellent strategic customer relations, and fostering a highly engaged business team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead national and regional account teams to achieve sales and share growth targets
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results

Requirements:
