About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Remarkable Physiotherapy. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support the growth and development of our team.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a smooth and efficient office environment.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop other team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Office Administration: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure effective use of time and resources.
  • Recruitment: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Training and Development: Manage training and development strategies to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages in a professional and timely manner.
  • Electronic Enquiries: Answer electronic enquiries in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Temporary employment opportunity.
  • Language of work: English.
  • Hours of work: 40 hours per week.
