Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at ORBCOMM. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with business leaders to develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
  2. Provide thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy, driving business outcomes through HR initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with HR team members to design and deliver HR programs and initiatives that support business growth.
  4. Champion a culture of excellence, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement and development.
  5. Develop and lead people strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  6. Partner with Learning & Development to design and deliver training programs that drive business results.
Requirements
  1. 7+ years of Human Resources experience at a business partner level, preferably in a global high-tech environment.
  2. Strong business acumen and ability to provide strategic solutions that align with overall company objectives.
  3. Proven track record of driving workforce transformation and optimization.
  4. Highly analytical and able to think conceptually, analyze data, and effectively communicate trends.
  5. Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize HR responsibilities.
  6. Proven record of successfully implementing and executing impactful HR programs.
  7. Service-oriented and able to communicate with employees at all levels.
  8. High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
  9. Proficiency in HRIS Systems.
  10. Post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business Administration.
