Senior Insurance Programs Manager

As a Senior Insurance Programs Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a book of clients from a service and sales role, focusing on growing their assigned alpha split of clients through cross-selling, upselling, and handling all aspects of the alpha split, including servicing changes on portals, quoting new business, reporting claims, and accounting issues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional day-to-day service to clients and handle client file activities
- Negotiate and bind coverage with insurers based upon program guidelines for new business and renewal
- Prepare new and renewal quotations in accordance with MGA agreements
- Maintain professional relationships with key insurers to ensure maximization of new business growth and retention opportunities
- Report claims on behalf of program clients, including follow-up to ensure service excellence
- 5 years of insurance experience (commercial or programs preferred)
- Valid RIBO license or willingness to pursue RIBO designation within 3 months
- CIP, FCIP, or CAIB designation is an asset
- Exceptional client service skills
- Strong analytical, organization, and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong team player ability to adapt to and work cooperatively with various individuals
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and experience with Applied Epic is an asset
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits that include health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
