Your Role: Program Manager Senior Lead

You will play a crucial role in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects that drive BoomerangFX's growth. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure project alignment with strategic goals, optimize resources, and enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a hands-on program management expert who can manage complex initiatives, mitigate risks, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop and execute detailed project plans, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Governance & Oversight: Implement governance structures and reporting frameworks to ensure project accountability and transparency.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align project goals, roles, and timelines.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance program management processes, methodologies, and tools.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track project performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and managing expectations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5–7 years of program management experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Program Management Skills: Proven expertise in project planning, governance, and risk management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in SaaS, technology, or healthcare industries preferred.
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or other program management certifications are highly desirable.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis, KPI tracking, and performance reporting.
