Job Description
  • We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven professional to build and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, focusing on attracting new customers and retaining existing ones.
Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research to identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Propose and implement innovative marketing initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and drive profitability.
  • Marketing Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets and revenue forecasts, analyzing performance and making data-driven decisions.
  • Digital Presence: Manage the company's website and email marketing program, providing regular analytics to senior management.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and promote Elite Furniture Rental's positive long-term customer relationships through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, industry changes, and consumer buying patterns in the competing furniture industries.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales to develop pricing strategies and ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the furniture rental industry.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
