Digital Marketing Executive - Process & Marketing

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Executive who will be responsible for managing both marketing campaigns and process-driven tasks across our retail and digital channels. The ideal candidate should have a blend of digital marketing expertise, project management skills, and experience in customer journey mapping and process optimization. This role will play a vital part in executing our marketing strategies, managing customer touchpoints, and ensuring seamless operational processes to drive engagement and increase traffic to our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Journey Management:
    Execute complete customer journey mapping for RPP (Retail Partner Program) to identify and optimize touchpoints.
    Streamline and reduce processes on the customer portal to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
    Monitor and track customer touchpoints, survey responses, and feedback channels to gather insights for improvement.
  2. Portal and CRM Management:
    Updating and maintaining the customer portal, including content changes, user data updates, and feedback monitoring.
    Communicate issues faced in the portal or CRM system with the development team for resolution.
  3. Marketing Campaign Execution & Management:
    Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing and social media campaigns across B2B and B2C channels, ensuring effective audience targeting, engagement, and performance tracking to drive brand visibility and generate leads.
  4. Website Design and Development:
    Design, develop, and customize responsive WordPress websites, themes, and plugins using HTML, CSS5, and PHP, while implementing UI/UX best practices to enhance user interaction, navigation flow, and overall site functionality and visual appeal.
  5. Retail Initiatives Oversight:
    Execute strategic retail marketing initiatives, including launching new landing pages with appointment booking systems.
    Track branding rollout and monitor branding consistency across retail stores and partner outlets.
    Support and manage Google Review request and follow-up processes to enhance store reputation.
  6. Influencer and Event Management:
    Plan and execute retail influencer activity, monitor social media engagement and influencer performance metrics.
    Coordinate events and promotions, ensuring the timely execution of marketing materials and communication.
    Track event requirements, vendor communications, and event performance to provide detailed reports.
  7. Collaboration and Coordination:
    Work closely with the Assistant Marketing Manager to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, projects, and initiatives.
    Manage vendor communications and maintain records related to co-op approvals, vendor deliveries, and campaign support.
  8. Process & Automation Management:
    Implement process improvements and automation tools to optimize marketing operations and data management.
    Support testing initiatives, monitor customer feedback channels, and track system performance metrics.
  9. Content and Review Management:
    Update and monitor content on the customer portal, CRM system, and marketing channels based on approvals.
    Manage the review and reputation system, including responding to customer reviews and preparing weekly review summaries.
    Track and update review records in the CRM and alert managers to any negative feedback requiring action.
  10. Data and Lead Management:
    Maintain and update lead lists in CRM, tracking segmentation, conversion rates, and lead data accuracy.
    Assist in data analysis and preparation of lead tracking reports for marketing campaigns and B2B inquiries.
  11. Branding Management:
    Monitor store branding updates, ensure consistency across partner locations, and track co-op approval processes.
    Assist in maintaining event and branding records, support design and creative approvals, and track artwork progress.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or related roles. Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Dynamics), Zapier and Power BI tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and influencer marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively across departments.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Basic data analysis skills and familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager).
  • Adaptability and Time Management: The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently without strict time limits, ensuring high productivity and quality output in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of web development frameworks and front-end coding.
