**Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator**:
- Develop and manage social media content calendars, including paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Regularly update website content and optimize for SEO, including keyword research, meta tags, and internal linking.
- Collaborate with the graphic design team to ensure that all digital assets align with branding and campaign goals.
- Market research and tracking industry trends
- Collaborating with other departments to build ongoing positive relationships with our network of partners before, during, and after our events.
**Qualifications for the Marketing Coordinator**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or SEO.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and paid advertising strategies.
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- General business acumen and an understanding of Fortune 1000 companies.
- Entry-level skills to social scheduling platforms, WordPress, Microsoft Excel, Canva, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Salesforce.
**Things to Discuss Further During the Interview**
- Our company offers flexible paid time off and observes Canadian and many US holidays.
- Our company is working on a hybrid model with some days in the office and some days at home.
Pay: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
