Technical IT Support Manager

We are retained by a global building products manufacturer with a strong presence in the commercial HVAC space. They are seeking a Technical IT Support Manager to oversee their warranty and technical support workflows, as well as a team of six direct reports.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the commercial HVAC industry and a strong technical knowledge of products and systems. They will be responsible for managing warranty and technical support flows, handling field training, warranty, and delivery issues, and supporting the drive for increased growth while sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage warranty and technical support flows
  • Handle field training, warranty, and delivery issues that require coordination between field and factory
  • Support drive for increased growth while sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience of building and managing an after sales support team and infrastructure
  • Strong technical knowledge of products and systems in the HVAC industry
  • Ability to read construction drawings, layouts, and electrical, hydraulic schematics
