Job Title: Campus Director International

triOS College Business Technology Healthcare Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campus Director International to lead our international campus operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring effective educational delivery to all students on campus, implementing and managing quality customer service, quality instructional delivery, career placement systems and procedures.

About the Role:

The Campus Director International will be responsible for:

  • Hiring, training, and mentoring direct reports.
  • Communicating grade reporting timelines and ensuring that instructors submit grades on schedule.
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures in all aspects of program delivery and ensuring education is delivered within the guidelines of the Quality Assurance Framework.
  • Coordinating with Academic Services to support the success of Program Coordinators and Instructors involved in curriculum development projects.
  • Ensuring that programs follow the established sequence of courses and exam timetables and that students graduate and complete diploma and certification exams to meet corporate graduate and placement standards.
  • Conducting quality assurance surveys and spot-checking classroom satisfaction.
  • Authorizing student terminations and dismissals as per policies and procedures.
  • Managing instructor scheduling and professional development.
  • Reviewing Quality Assurance Surveys and initiating corrective or improvement actions.
  • Planning and facilitating the on-boarding activities of new instructors.
  • Ensuring positive working relationships and regular reporting to international student education partners.
  • Working with Employment Specialists and management to develop employer contacts that facilitate internship placements and ensure job placement of graduates.
  • Recommending and implementing systems, policies, and procedures that promote operational efficiency.
  • Leading and facilitating new student orientation events and activities.
  • Ensuring that capital budget is effectively spent to refresh classroom equipment and ensure an effective educational environment is maintained.
About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with:

  • A post-secondary degree in education, business, or technology.
  • A minimum of 5 years of management experience in a comparable educational environment.
  • Knowledge of instructional techniques (teaching experience an asset).
  • Knowledge of educational delivery to international students.
  • Knowledge of government regulatory climate of education in Ontario.
  • Knowledge of sales and customer service issues.
  • Experience working with accounting, budgeting, and financial statements.
  • Extensive knowledge and skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and spoken command of the English language.
  • A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license. Travel within the Greater Toronto Area may be required.
