Job Title: Director of Business Development Campus and Universities

Sodexo Canada Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Development Campus and Universities to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the Campus and Universities sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to drive growth and revenue in the Campus and Universities sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including university administrators, faculty, and students.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including RFPs and RFQs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to deliver business results.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of potential business opportunities, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
  • Provide regular business updates and insights to senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and revenue in the Campus and Universities sector.
  • Strong relationships with key stakeholders, including university administrators, faculty, and students.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
