About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Steering Analysis: Collaborate with department management to define data priorities and construct roadmaps for automation and predictive models. Focus on top topics such as predictive loyalty analysis, sales pace and required pace by area, dealer and model, and national and regional monthly forecasting predictive models.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the automotive industry within sales and marketing, retail, and/or OEM.

  • Strong understanding of OEM and dealership sales operations.
  • Data-driven mindset with understanding of drivers and KPIs for retail ops and digital customer experience.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
