Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Laymoon Restaurant & Cafe. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to promote our brand and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our marketing efforts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
