Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

At OMEGA TECHSOURCE INC., we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, assessing client needs and resources, and providing ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services.
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service.
  • Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client's needs.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and resolve any issues.
  • Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Troubleshoot problems related to equipment and provide technical support.
  • Advertise and/or promote products, sales, or services to clients and potential clients.
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists and develop and implement marketing and advertising and sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 37.5 hours per week.
