We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Logistics Coordinator to join our team at NCP Auto Parts Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational logistics
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including requisitioning and ordering materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, including purchasing and inventory clerks, storekeepers, and parts clerks
  • Prepare and submit reports, including performance reviews and inventory control reports
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies, and conduct performance reviews
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre, shipping company, or agency, with a team of 3-4 people, including purchasing and inventory clerks, storekeepers, and parts clerks.

Language:

The language of work is English.
