Job Title: Parts Logistics Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Logistics Manager to join our team at NCP Auto Parts Inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of parts to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational logistics
  • Organize and coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution of tasks
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance and areas for improvement
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to improve productivity and product quality
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
