Job Title: Parts Logistics Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Logistics Manager to join our team at NCP Auto Parts Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistics of our parts shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient logistics plans to prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery of parts.
  • Organize and oversee the operational logistics of our organization, including inventory management and supply chain coordination.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on key performance indicators and operational metrics.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to staff to improve performance.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Or equivalent experience.
  • Inventory control software experience.
  • MS Excel and MS Word skills.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and heavy workload. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
