Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Logistics Coordinator to join our team at NCP Auto Parts Inc. This role is responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, including developing plans to prioritize tasks, organizing work, and coordinating activities with other departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and organize work to accomplish the work
  • Oversee operational logistics of the organization, including inventory control and supply chain management
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Work Environment

This role is based in a retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
