Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Logistics Coordinator to join our team at NCP Auto Parts Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, including prioritizing tasks, coordinating activities with other work units, and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational efficiency
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units and departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre environment, with a focus on shipping and inventory management.
