Responsibilities
  • Maintain accountability for project budget, costs, timelines, and provide accurate monthly forecasts.
  • Serve as primary liaison with clients, designers, site superintendents, subtrades, and other project stakeholders.
  • Organize project teams into suitable workgroups and guide them through efforts to produce deliverables according to specification.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of direct work experience in a project role for a mid-size to large general contractor.
  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in engineering or construction management or related discipline (equivalent education and experience may be considered).
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to motivate project teams with a hands-on approach from beginning to end.
  • Flexibility in traveling to sites on occasion.
