Urban Planning and Development Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced planning/design professional who relishes complex project delivery, working with large teams, driving project outcomes, and has an excellent understanding of the entire development process.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead projects and strategy, managing client interface, and bringing your subject matter expertise to inform and offer value to our clients.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships and play a key role in client management and satisfaction.
- Manage complex and comprehensive planning and development projects, including Outline Plans, Development Permits, redevelopment and neighbourhood plans and strategies, and municipal policy projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in Planning.
- 7 years of experience in public and private sector community planning.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary projects.
- PMP accreditation an asset.
$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
