Job Overview

The Shift Leader plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail stores. This includes overseeing daily activities, supervising staff, and maintaining store appearance and product presentation to company standards. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of retail sales principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to learn and adapt to sales software quickly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff and ensure excellent customer service
  • Assist with team member onboarding and training
  • Maintain store appearance and product presentation
  • Manage cash and perform administrative duties
  • Escalate employee issues and customer complaints to store managers
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in the retail industry
  • Provincial Cannabis Certification
  • Strong knowledge of retail sales principles and practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
