Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

HANIYA'S RETAIL INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and maintenance of inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and providing excellent service.
  • Merchandise Management: Coordinate the display and maintenance of merchandise, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Payroll and Administration: Manage payroll, benefits, and other administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have a strong understanding of retail operations.
