Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

HANIYA'S RETAIL INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure timely restocking of merchandise.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints, resolve issues, and provide a positive shopping experience.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, manage visual merchandising, and maintain store displays.
  • Payroll and Administration: Oversee payroll administration, manage employee records, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have a strong understanding of retail operations.
