Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

HANIYA'S RETAIL INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train sales staff to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and secure store environment.
Requirements:
  • 1-7 months of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and vendors.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work a 40-hour week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
