**Job Summary**:
The ERP Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation of NetSuite (Oracle) for Sales & Manufacturing operations. This role involves providing expertise across key processes, including Sales Estimating, Sales Entry, Production, and Invoicing. The position focuses on ensuring an efficient system implementation, addressing challenges, and facilitating seamless integration to optimize operational workflows.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide expert support for NetSuite across Sales, Manufacturing, and Shipping modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map, test, and refine business processes in NetSuite to ensure smooth implementation and integration.
- Assist with CSV imports, data entry, and data integrity management to maintain accurate system information.
- Create and manage items, Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, work orders, and track production schedules.
- Oversee shop floor operations, production processes, and inventory management through NetSuite to ensure real-time visibility and control.
- Ensure smooth integration from production to shipping and invoicing, ensuring proper coordination between departments.
- Identify process gaps, develop, and document new workflows or system customizations to optimize efficiency and system usage.
- Provide training and guidance to end users to maximize the efficiency of NetSuite functionalities.
- Perform ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in collaboration with technical teams and end users.
- Participate in post-implementation reviews to assess system performance and recommend continuous improvements.
- Stay up to date on NetSuite enhancements and best practices to continually optimize system performance and business processes.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Strong experience with NetSuite ERP, specifically in sales, manufacturing, and production processes.
- Familiarity with sales Estimation, work orders, shop floor production, shipping, and invoicing.
- Proficient in CSV imports and data mapping.
- Experience with mapping, testing, and refining processes.
- Ability to document new processes and train end users effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and ability to work independently.
**Hours**:
This is a 6-month, full-time contract position
Located at Building C-24 Benfield Dr., St. Catharines, Ontario L2S 3V5 Canada
Pay: $43.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
