Detailed Job Description:

At Ontario Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced clinic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient information, scheduling appointments, and maintaining administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate information flow, interview patients to obtain case histories, and ensure seamless communication with healthcare providers.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, train staff in procedures, and complete insurance and other claim forms in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Enter and format medical reports, prepare spreadsheets and documents, and maintain confidential patient files in accordance with privacy regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a team environment, and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic clinic setting.
  • Maintain filing systems, order supplies, and determine office procedures and routines to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Utilize MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and other software to support administrative tasks, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
