Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Hire, train, and develop sales associates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively
- Assign sales tasks and responsibilities to sales associates to ensure that sales targets are met
- Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in a retail sales environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
