Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leadership Program Manager to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our leadership development team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering customized leadership programs that drive business growth and talent development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement leadership development strategies that align with business objectives
  • Design and deliver training programs that enhance leadership skills and capabilities
  • Coach and mentor leaders to achieve business results and drive organizational change
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify talent development needs and create customized development plans
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development programs and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a leadership development or coaching role
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective leadership development programs
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with leaders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement
