This will involve working closely with senior leaders to understand business needs and developing programs that meet those needs.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leadership development and a strong understanding of adult learning principles. They will be able to design and deliver engaging and interactive programs that meet the needs of our diverse team members.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver leadership development programs that meet business needs
- Work closely with senior leaders to understand business needs and develop programs that meet those needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure program success
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in leadership development
- Proven track record of success in designing and delivering leadership development programs
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
