Our Opportunity:

The Manager, Franchise Performance will play a key role in driving business growth and improving restaurant performance. Reporting to the Area Franchise Lead, this individual will work closely with restaurant owners and managers to analyze operating, financial, and business information, and develop strategies to improve results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide business consulting and coaching to restaurant owners and managers on business and financial performance, effective operations, team member engagement, and guest satisfaction.
  • Review and analyze restaurant operating reports and audits, and develop solutions to improve performance.
  • Conduct regular financial reviews with restaurant owners and managers to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure the successful implementation of new initiatives, such as product launches and technology upgrades.
  • Represent the Tim Hortons brand and promote business growth.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of operational experience with P&L responsibility, preferably in a national, franchise, high-growth consumer or retail-based business.
  • University degree in business, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze and interpret information.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel within the region and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
