About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Clark West Cleaners. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including tasks such as implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating work to office support staff.
  • Office Management: Establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met. Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including administering policies and procedures related to the release of records.
  • Coordination and Planning: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 35 hours per week.
