This role involves leading the planning and delivery of continuous improvement projects within the Ministry portfolio.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for developing strong business partnerships and working with internal and external stakeholders to understand, support, and execute the strategic direction of the Ministry.

You will provide leadership and direction to a team of professionals responsible for the business analysis and project management tasks associated with the successful delivery of IT projects, setting project standards, and processes.

Typically, the knowledge and skills for this position are acquired through a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline along with several years of experience working within the Information Technology/Information Management sector. Professional designations such as CBAP, IIBA, PMP are considered an asset.
