Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Capri Motor Inn Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and quality standards, and leading a team of housekeeping staff.
Key Responsibilities- Department Management: Plan, coordinate, and supervise the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Select and purchase equipment and supplies to maintain a well-stocked and efficient housekeeping department.
- Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with departmental policies and safety standards.
- Maintenance and Repair: Coordinate maintenance and repair services to ensure the hotel's facilities are well-maintained and safe for guests.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and dismiss housekeeping staff as needed to maintain a high-performing team.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality management role.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
