Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Capri Motor Inn Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and quality standards, and leading a team of housekeeping staff.
Key Responsibilities- Department Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and quality in all areas of the hotel.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop housekeeping staff to meet the needs of the hotel.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the selection and purchase of equipment and supplies, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Safety and Security: Ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies, maintaining a safe working environment for staff and guests.
- Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records, including inventory management and staff expenses.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
