About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at BRP. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in labor relations and human resources management to support the smooth operation of our organization.

Job Description

This role involves implementing practical and creative actions to meet operational needs while taking employee interests into account. You will participate in the growth and maintenance of our labor relations model, supporting the Operations team and employee representatives in managing labor relations files. Additionally, you will coach and support managers in their labor relations, performance management, talent management, change management, and employee relations issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement labor relations strategies to meet operational needs
  • Participate in the development and implementation of labor relations policies and procedures
  • Coach and support managers in labor relations matters
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor labor relations and implement best practices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources management or industrial relations
  • Excellent knowledge of employment and human resources legislation in Quebec
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage results effectively
  • The ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive:
