Railway Director

About the Role

Norda Stelo is seeking a highly experienced Railway Director to lead our Centre of Excellence in Eastern Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and deploying an action plan to ensure the development and growth of our Centre, which includes over 25 professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan for the Centre of Excellence, aligned with Norda Stelo's strategic directions and industry trends.
• Support sales efforts related to the Centre's service offerings.
• Manage and develop the human resources of your team.
• Provide leadership to a team of professionals involved in project execution.
• Ensure team performance meets company-established performance indicators.
• Identify necessary resources for project delivery and plan labor needs.
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of methods and best practices within the Railway Centre of Excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the railway sector, including 5 years of concrete experience in team management.
• Bilingual (French, English).
