Railway Director

Norda Stelo is seeking a highly experienced Railway Director to lead our Center of Excellence in Eastern Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and deploying an action plan to ensure the development and full growth of the Center.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the railway sector, including 5 years of concrete experience in team management. They will also possess strong strategic vision, business acumen, and inspirational leadership skills.

Key responsibilities will include defining the strategic plan for the Center of Excellence, supporting sales efforts, managing and developing human resources, and providing recognized leadership to a team of professionals involved in project execution.

• Define the strategic plan for the Center of Excellence and be accountable for its execution.
• Support the sales efforts related to the Center of Excellence's service offerings.
• Manage and develop human resources.
• Provide recognized leadership to a team of professionals involved in project execution.
• Be responsible for the team's performance in relation to the company's established performance indicators.
• Identify the necessary resources for project delivery and plan labor needs.
• Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of methods and best practices within the Railway Center of Excellence.
