Job Summary:

The Manager, Operations Training will lead the management of the Learning Management System and create engaging training content for restaurant team members and managers. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely deployment of training materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop eLearning modules for onboarding and ongoing training, including launches and changes for national programs, products, and procedures.
  • Manage the Learning Management System, including design, user experience, troubleshooting, and resource deployment.
  • Write and review scripts and eLearning content aligned with key stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Conduct needs analysis to determine effective training approaches.
  • Champion the training process to ensure timely delivery of materials to restaurant teams.
  • Work with vendors and partners to deliver cost-effective training solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure correct intake of information and approval across stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in communication, training, or operations, with a background in hospitality a plus.
  • University degree in communications, business, education, or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in instructional design, creating training content, or communication.
  • Ability to establish relationships, work collaboratively, and analyze information to prescribe effective training solutions.
