Job Summary:
The Manager, Operations Training will be responsible for managing the Learning Management System and creating engaging training content for restaurant teams. This role will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate deployment of training materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop eLearning training programs to support onboarding and ongoing training for restaurant teams.
- Manage the Learning Management System, including design, user experience, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging training content.
- Conduct needs analysis to determine effective training approaches.
- Champion the training process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of training materials.
- Work with vendors and partners to deliver cost-effective training solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure correct intake of information and approval from key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in communication, training, or operations.
- University degree in communications, business, hospitality, education, or a related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in instructional design, creating training content, or communication.
- Ability to establish and build effective relationships and work collaboratively with others.
- Ability to analyze and interpret information to identify issues and prescribe effective training solutions.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
