About the Role:

The Training Program Manager will be responsible for delivering scalable learning on core consulting, sales, leadership, and management programs in both face-to-face and virtual interactions.

Responsibilities include designing, developing, and delivering training programs, continually assessing, reviewing, and evolving existing programs to align with business strategy, proactively resolving project or design issues, providing outstanding program/project management support, fostering an environment of blended learning, measuring training effectiveness, and managing external vendor relationships.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a Learning and Development role with expertise in training design, development, delivery, and facilitation
  • Deep end-to-end program/project management experience
  • Ability to evaluate, prioritize, escalate, and problem-solve in high-pressure situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to work within ambiguity
  • High attention to detail and execution excellence in a fast-paced environment
