Job Title: Training Specialist

At Foilcon, we are seeking a highly skilled Training Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult education, with experience in training program design, development, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and provide leadership for the planning, design, development, delivery, and evaluation of training programs and materials.
  • Deliver required onsite and virtual training to end-users.
  • Coordinate and assist with the development of graphic user interface designs and user acceptance testing.
  • Review and control system graphic user interface based on business requirements.
  • Develop Elearning interactive modules.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of audio and video conferencing technology experience.
  • At least 10 years of adult training experience.
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of adult education principles and practices.
  • Experience with software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, web-based facilitation tools, and eLearning software.
  • Familiarity with AODA requirements for both interactive eLearning and written manuals.
Knowledge Transfer:

At the end of the contract, the Training Specialist will transfer knowledge to Managers/Project Managers/Team members through 1:1 meetings, team meetings, and documentation on SharePoint site throughout the duration of the project life cycle.
