Job Summary:

Traffic Tech is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Hamilton, ON. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing the movement of freight across North America and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners
  • Negotiate with shippers and carriers to ensure seamless logistics operations
  • Monitor and track shipments, including pickup and delivery
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication with clients and carriers
  • Perform minor accounting functions and data entry

Requirements:

  • Proven customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent; recent graduates encouraged to apply
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Professional phone mannerisms and a positive attitude
