About This Opportunity
Black & McDonald Limited is seeking a highly skilled and collaborative professional to join our Southwest Ontario team as a Customer Service Coordinator. This role is ideal for individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and are passionate about supporting a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client concerns and escalate to Supervisor as required
- Dispatch technicians for service calls, maintenance work, and other tasks
- Plan and schedule labour for maintenance agreements, projects, and emergency service calls
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly workload schedules
- Maintain accurate records on call backs, response times, and other Quality Assurance elements
- Update and upload hourly payroll entry file on a weekly basis

Education and Experience Requirements
- Secondary education diploma is required, though post-secondary degree is preferred
- 3-5 years of Administration/Customer Service/Dispatch experience

- Intermediate knowledge and understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, Project)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Effective leadership skills with a strong focus on facility and business processes
