Job Title: Integrated Experience Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Integrated Experience Coordinator to join our team at Bayshore HealthCare. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering service inquiries and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Scheduling field employees to client care assignments and ensuring efficient utilization of resources
  • Recruitment and onboarding of new staff members
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of related customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in keyboarding and Windows scheduling software
  • Ability to operate all standard office equipment
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, with proficiency in French in Branch Offices that provide service to French-speaking clients
