Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at The Hotel At Falcon Lake.
Job SummaryThe Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities- Register arriving guests and assign rooms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Investigate and resolve guest complaints and claims in a professional and courteous manner
- Process group arrivals and departures, taking into account room availability and guest preferences
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as local attractions and points of interest
- Exchange foreign currency and process guest payments, maintaining accurate records and balances
- Assist guests with special needs, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in computerized bookkeeping systems and central reservation systems
