Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at The Hotel At Falcon Lake. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for all our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration and Check-in/Check-out
Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process check-in and check-out procedures in a timely and efficient manner.
Guest ServicesProvide information on hotel facilities and services, assist guests with special needs, and respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Room Assignments and MaintenanceAssign rooms to guests, maintain an inventory of vacancies and reservations, and ensure that all rooms are clean and well-maintained.
Cash Handling and AccountingProcess guest payments, balance cash, and complete balance sheets and cash reports in a accurate and timely manner.
Communication and TeamworkAnswer telephones, relay messages, and communicate with guests and colleagues in a clear and professional manner.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work ExperiencePrevious experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is an asset.
LanguageFluency in English is required.
Work EnvironmentAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
