Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at The Hotel At Falcon Lake. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for all our visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration and Check-In/Check-Out
Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process check-in and check-out procedures in a timely and efficient manner.
Guest ServicesProvide information on hotel facilities and services, assist guests with special needs, and respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Room Reservations and ManagementProcess room reservations, cancellations, and changes, and maintain accurate records of room assignments and availability.
Cash Handling and AccountingProcess guest payments, balance cash, and complete balance sheets and cash reports in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
Communication and Customer ServiceAnswer telephones, respond to guest inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
ExperienceExperience is an asset, but not required.
Skills and AbilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Computer and Technology SkillsProficiency in word processing software, computerized bookkeeping systems, and central reservation systems.
Work EnvironmentThe Front Desk Agent will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, standing for extended periods and interacting with guests and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
